Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect when you join the Supertenant early list, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we keep as little as we can, use it only to tell you about the launch, and delete it when you ask.
Who is responsible
Supertenant is the data controller for this website. Questions or requests about your data go to privacy@supertenant.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the early list.
- If you choose to answer: your association or company, your role, the number of homes, and what you'd like us to fix first.
- When you signed up and when we sent you our welcome email.
We don't use cookies or advertising trackers, and we don't buy or sell personal data. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't store IP addresses or identify you across sites. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
Why we use it
To tell you when early access opens and to decide which associations and landlords to invite first. The optional answers help us prioritise what we build. We process your details on the basis of your consent, which you give by joining the list and can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after Supertenant launches, unless you become a customer.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel, to host the website, run the sign-up form and count anonymous visits.
- Ubicloud, to host our database.
- Resend, to send email.
Where a provider handles data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to restrict or stop processing them, get a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw your consent. Email privacy@supertenant.ai or reply to any email from us. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
